can I pick up my online order at the food truck?
No! Our food truck space is limited and we are unable to store packages in our mobile kitchen.
how do you ship your ice cream?
All our temperature sensitive products are shipped in an insulated cooler with dry ice. Dry ice is extremely cold to keep products frozen in transit. Products my need thaw slightly before consuming.
NOTE: Do NOT touch the Dry Ice with your bare- hand(s). We are not responsible for any injuries caused by Dry Ice in your package.
how long does it take for my order to process?
Orders usually take 2-3 days to process.
NOTE: orders placed Monday - Friday are guaranteed to ship the following Monday.
when can I expect my order?
Products will ship the Monday after the order is processed. You will receive notice of shipment with expected arrival date once your order is shipped.
NOTE: An UPS tracking number will be emailed to you with delivery information.
do you offer Nationwide shipping?
ONLY Color Cones ™ are available to ship to multiple states. We only ship our temperature sensitive products in Texas. Check back later this year as we will be expanding our shipping footprint.
why are some of the products out of stock?
Due to the bandwidth of our staff we only accept a certain number of orders a week. This process helps us maintain our commitment of providing quality products.
can I order different flavors?

do you offer discounts on large orders?
Yes. If purchasing more than 5 orders of the same product email us at email@example.com for information on small catering packages. (ex: you need 8 orders of the 6 pack cookie dough)
how do I save on shipping?

how should I store my products?
Our products are preservative free which may result in a shorter lifespan. If you decide to save your sweet treats please note the following:
do you have non-dairy options?
At this time all our ice cream and cookie dough products contain milk.
do your products contain nuts?
Some of products may contain nuts. For those who have allergies, please be aware we manufacture in the same facility where peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, milk, and eggs are used.

what if my package is damaged?
All sales are final. Refer to the shipping policy and refund policy for questions. For exception cases, please take picture of your box before opening. Be sure to capture any damaged goods inside as well. Contact customer service via email within 24hrs of delivery.
